ShelfGenie of Central & Coastal VA is seeking a Sales Representative with a focus on design. This is an excellent opportunity for interior designers, real-estate agents, remodelers, professional organizers, stay-at-home parents, and sales professionals.
A ShelfGenie Designer conducts the in-home design appointment with a consultative approach. With creativity and expertise, the Designer recommends custom solutions to match the needs of the client.
Often times, our solutions can be a life-changing addition eliminating many daily frustrations for our clients. As a result, the experience is a rewarding and fulfilling one for both our clients and the Designer.
The ShelfGenie experience
We aim to provide the best experience for our clients. Part of the experience that ShelfGenie provides is accomplished with the help of 3D design software. The Designer shows the client a unique visualization of the recommended solutions and how they can forever transform the client’s home.
Create your own schedule
ShelfGenie Designers have the liberty of setting their own availability. This is considered a part-time position, yet each Designer is able to make it a part-time venture.
Training & support
Each Designer undergoes several weeks of initial training to ensure brand standards leading to success. Professional development opportunities available on an ongoing basis.
Compensation
Designers are paid a percentage of each sale. Additional compensation is provided for client acquisition. While there is no income guarantee, average earning are in the neighborhood of $25-50 per hour invested with top performers earning over $100/hr.
